Who is Rosy Cheeks for?
Rosy Cheeks is a system for people who care about their skin. The system specifically works to reverse signs of aging including fine lines, dark spots and rough, uneven texture while strengthening the skin’s ability to build collagen. Women who are pregnant, trying to conceive or nursing should not use our prescription formulas because they contain tretinoin.
Can all genders use the system?
Absolutely. Who doesn’t want better looking skin?
Am I too old (or too young) to use the Rosy Cheeks system?
You must be at least 18 years old to access the Rosy Cheeks telemedicine platform which is necessary to get prescription strength medication. There is no age limit on consulting with our physician to see if a custom Repair prescription is appropriate for you. If for some reason, your physician decides that our prescription medication is not right for you, you will receive a full refund.
Why is Rosy Cheeks only available in certain states?
We are currently available only to residents in states where the physicians on the Rosy Cheeks platform are licensed and can prescribe medication. But we are rapidly expanding! If we’re not yet available in your state, please email care@myrosycheeks.com and we’ll put your state on the top of our list.
Is my information safe?
We take your privacy and the security of your personal and health information very seriously. The Rosy Cheeks platform complies with all privacy laws and follows strong security protocols to protect your information. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.
I just started using the system but wondered if I’ll have any side effects?
Don’t worry! A mild reaction is usually normal. Please go to the Help Center and watch the first short video which gives you more information on preventing and dealing with minor side effects. In the unlikely event of a serious reaction or concern, contact your Rosy Cheeks physician or local general physician immediately. We’re here to help! If in the unlikely event you have an emergency, call 911 right away.
Will I see immediate benefits when using my prescription?
You may see visible surface benefits within just a few days, from fresh hydrated skin to the diminished appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. But most importantly, long-term use of the Rosy Cheeks system goes well beyond superficial cosmetic changes to penetrate deep down to the dermis level of your skin. Scientific studies have shown that the greatest results from the consistent use of tretinoin are achieved with long-term use (6-12+ months). Is your Repair formula better than the tretinoin or Retin-A my regular dermatologist prescribes and that I pick up at my local drugstore?
While off-the-shelf manufactured drugs can be helpful for some people, our medical experts tailor our Repair formula to the needs of individual patients. With Rosy Cheeks, you‘ll receive a custom blend of tretinoin (a generic version of Retin-A) with additional nourishing and anti-aging ingredients for an effective yet gentle formula for your skin type.
Results
Do I need a prescription from my own doctor before I order the Rosy Cheeks system?
No. Rosy Cheeks is designed to make it safe and convenient for you to receive a prescription from our doctors without leaving your home. A physician on the Rosy Cheeks platform will review the information that you provide and determine if a prescription for a custom formulation is safe and appropriate for you.
I did not know that you could receive online prescriptions and/or use an online doctor. Is this legal?
Yes, Rosy Cheeks is based on new telemedicine technologies that meet all legal requirements and conditions. Your physician and pharmacist are licensed in the state in which you reside. Additionally, it is important that you accurately and fully answer the questions in your consultation and follow the instructions about how to upload your photos and identification so that your physician has the most accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
Who are the medical professionals on the Rosy Cheeks platform?
The medical professionals on the Rosy Cheeks platform are US licensed health practitioners, who undergo a background check and license verification process prior to joining our team. Click here to learn more about your personal medical professional.
What if my Rosy Cheeks physician does not give me a prescription?
Most of our patients do receive a prescription, although no one can anticipate the unique needs of specific patients. Your physician will use their medical training, experience and judgment to ensure the safe and appropriate treatment that’s right for you. If your physician decides that the a prescription Retinol is not appropriate, you will receive a full refund.
Why do I need to submit 3 photos of my face?
Photos of the left, center and right sides of you face, along with your completed questionnaire will allow your doctor on the Rosy Cheeks platform to diagnose the most effective and safe treatment plan for you.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive once I’ve completed my order?
Your physician will review your information within 48 hours or less and then, if appropriate, the pharmacy will prepare and ship your prescription formulation and system. You can expect to receive your package within 7-10 days of ordering.
Can I email or speak to my physician?
Absolutely. After you complete your initial consultation and order, you will receive an email from your medical provider with his or her contact information and you may contact them at any time. And of course you can always call Rosy Cheeks toll-free at (855) 792-4224, and we can arrange a time that is convenient for you to speak with your physician.
Can I choose a different pharmacy?
Not with your initial order. Your prescription medication ships free as part of the Rosy Cheeks skin care system and the pharmacy we work with ships the entire package from their facility. While you may arrange for refills at another compounding pharmacy, we can neither guarantee the price of the medication nor the quality of its ingredients. Please contact care@myrosycheeks.com if you would like a copy of your prescription.

Why do I need to submit a photo identification?
The Rosy Cheeks platform makes it convenient for you with an online “telemedicine” visit (vs. an in-person doctor appointment). By law, your physician will need to verify your identity and ensure patient safety. Your photo identification is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
Do I have to pay extra for the doctor consultation?
Your online visit with the physician ($20) is included in the cost and you do not need to pay for it separately. You will receive a full refund if for some reason your doctor determines that it is not appropriate for you to use Repair | Prescription Retinol formula.
Do you accept insurance?
While we do not process insurance claims, you can check with your insurance provider for coverage options. We have found that most health insurance companies do not cover cosmetic treatments such as tretinoin, a reason we keep our $20 physician fee affordable compared to an in-person visit with a dermatologist or general physician.
Can I have my order mailed to a different address?
No, due to regulatory issues, we can only send your prescription to you at your primary residential address.
Can I return my order?
We hope you will be pleased with your Rosy Cheeks order, however, if you are not completely satisfied we will be happy to arrange a full refund. Please call us at 1-855-792-4224 for instructions on how to return your products.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Anti-aging prescription medication is most effective with regular, consistent use. However if a subscription program is not right for you, you can pause or delay or cancel your Rosy Cheeks simply by emailing us at care@myrosycheeks.com at least two business days prior to your next scheduled shipment date. Don’t worry, you’ll receive a reminder email about your subscription.
